The SalClear Isle of Man Marathon & Half Marathon return to their traditional mid-August date this year. The Isle of Man Veteran Athletes' Club organised event will take place on Sunday 11th August. Details can be found on the dedicated marathon website www.isleofmanmarathon.com
Note that this year entries are only being taken on-line - via the SiEntries button on the website.
Although there are no specific walking races with separate timing and trophies at this event, walkers are very welcome in either race, but subject to a 6 hour time limit.

The Northern AC membership form for 2013 can now be dowloaded here along with the accompanying welcome pack and photographic consent form.

Please note the Isle of Man 2013 Track and Field Championships at the NSC will now take place over the weekend of 29th and 30th June.

Coaching

Circuit Training

Circuit Training takes place every Wednesday from 7pm to 8pm at Ramsey Grammar School in the East Sports Hall.

Athletics Training

Athletics Training is held at the NSC every Tuesday from 6:45pm and every Friday from 6pm.

Meet at Ramsey Swimming Pool at 6pm every Monday.

Club Runs

Northern Athletic Club has training runs on Tuesday and Thursday nights, starting at 7pm from the top end of shoprite carpark opposite Ramsey Bakery headquarters. All are welcome. During the dark evenings please wear hi-viz clothing and bring a torch.

Throws Training

Trevor Christian runs a Throws Training session at the NSC on Tuesday from 5pm to 6pm for anyone aged 10 and above. Cost is £2. Held outdoors until October 9th after which it moves inside over the winter.
