Excellent Results in Manx Mountain Marathon
There were some excellent performances from our athletes who covered the 31.5 miles from Ramsey to Port Erin via the island's peaks
climbing a total of around 8000 feet. The course was made even more difficult with often boggy conditions underfoot and a strong headwind
to contend with.
In particular, Northern athletes Judith Quane and Rosy Craine both finished on the podium taking 2nd and 3rd places in ladies race.
Judith finised in a time of 6:47:55 with Rosy about a quarter of an hour behind clocking a time of 7:04:05.
