Fantastic Fourth for Jess

Northern's Jess Hill finished a fabulous 4th in the 2012 English Schools Fell Running Championships held in Cockermouth on September 30th. Running for Isle of Man schools in the Year 7 class she finished 11th overall and 4th girl in a time of 16 minutes 51 seconds over the rain soaked 2 mile course which had an ascent of 455 feet.

Her result also helped IOM Schools win the Year 7 Girls category team competition and take 3rd place in the overall standings.
